This programme is for teachers who are, or have the potential to be outstanding. To develop their practice and help individuals carry out a whole school responsibility for Teaching and Learning.


Accredited by the National College for School Leadership, this is a nationally recognised and versatile programme for teachers looking to improve, designed to develop their practice within the classroom.

The Outstanding Teacher Programme is aimed at teachers seeking to deliver consistently good lessons. It equips teachers with a range of good teaching and learning techniques as well as developing their skills and the opportunity to apply these skills in school.


Accredited by the National College for School Leadership, this is a nationally recognised and versatile programme for teachers looking to improve. It is designed to develop their practice within the classroom.


An exciting School to School opportunity led by Sudbury Primary School an OLEVI Accredited School.


The Outstanding Teacher Programme offers intensive practical and interactive training to empower teachers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed. It is a ten week programme delivered through face-to face taught sessions, classroom observations within the host school and 2 half day in-school practice sessions at the participant’s school. It is therefore important that a minimum of 2 delegates (ideally 3) from the same school attend.

  • To develop their coaching and mentoring skills to enable them to develop and share their outstanding practice with others.
